If a buyer requests a partial or full refund, Gardenia will take various factors into consideration, including the context of the order/purchase, the urgency of the request, and the product cost, to determine the appropriate action. Depending on the outcome, the issue will not be escalated to you, so as to ensure a positive experience for buyers.
If you do not agree with the outcome of an after-sales request, you can initiate an appeal by providing supporting materials. If the appeal is approved, the refund amount will be issued to you.
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. However, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to report any issues. Requests submitted after 48 hours from delivery may not be eligible for return.
If the return is due to seller-related issues such as dead plants, severe damage, incorrect items, or improper packaging, we will cover the return shipping cost. Photo proof may be required.
If the return is due to customer-related reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, no longer needing the item, ordering by mistake, forgetting to receive the package, refusing delivery, or providing an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. All returned items must be in their original condition.
