Description
- Start your warm season garden with a live, rooted sweet potato vine. Each plant is 4-6 inches tall and grown in a 4 inch nursery pot, so it settles in easily after transplanting. Sweet potato vines love heat and sunshine. Plant after the last frost in a sunny spot with loose soil, or use a grow bag or a container at least 12 inches deep. Keep the soil evenly moist while the plant establishes, then water when the top inch of soil feels dry. The vines can spread several feet, so leave enough room around the plant. Live plants vary naturally, so size, shape, and leaf color may differ slightly from the photos.
